Account Manager

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales and customer fulfillment process.
  • Initiate and handle initial client inquiries, providing information about our products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients on time, accurately detailing pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, both virtually and in person, to understand and fulfill their needs, preferences, and requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings with Nour Azazy, to showcase collections, and discuss custom designs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on order status, address any concerns or inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on clients' interests and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, design, and production, to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of orders..
